George Taack is a successful Albuquerque interior designer who brings a practiced eye to his photographs of architectural settings.
Educated in Art and Architectural History at Michigan State University and the University of New Mexico, he has been a professional interior designer for 30 years. A Santa Fe kitchen he created was recently featured on HGTV's Interiors by Design, hosted by Chris Madden (Show #612). He is currently the Senior Interior Designer and Partner at DESIGN, of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
George is also an accomplished scholar of ancient Maya glyphs, with two published monographs in Anthropological Linguistics. He is a frequent traveler to Mexico, whose colorful modern buildings and jungle-shrouded ancient ruins are a frequent subject for his camera.
